Therefore, in this post, I’ll share the exact requirements which you need in order to obtain a visa to Thailand very easily. Thai Visa requirements for Pakistanis?
In order to visit Thailand from Pakistan, you’ll need a visa in advance, so for this purpose you can visit the embassy in Islamabad or the consulate general in Karachi. You can Google about it and you’ll find the official addresses of both embassy and consulate. However, below are the requirements for obtaining a Thai visa in Karachi:
- A passport with minimum 6 months validity
- Two visa forms fully filled
- Copy of your C.N.I.C on A4 size
- Copy of your passport – first four pages
- Bank statement of last 6 months
- Bank statement must show at least 200,000 current balance
- A letter from your employer stating your job & salary
- NTN certificate (if you are a business owner)
- Affidavit and a blank cheque for first time visitor

Visa Fee & Returning Passport
Visa fee for single entry is Rs4000, this visa allows you to stay in Thailand for up to 60 days and you can enter Thailand only one time. For multiple entry visa, you’ll have to pay Rs20,000 then you can go outside Thailand and can re-enter the country anytime during the validity of the visa. you must leave Thailand before expiry date of your visa. otherwise, heavy fines are in place.
When you submit your application to the Thai consulate in Karachi, you’ll get a receipt from the consulate operator on which you’ll see the returning date for the passport, so go to the consulate on that date and get your passport back with a shining Thai VISA on your passport. it takes 5 working days for the consulate to issue a visa. Remember, submitting visa application timing is 8:30AM to 10:30AM and returning passport timing is 11AM to 12PM.
